ELOHIM Customer Care Policy

1. Order Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Shipping times may vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returns must be submitted through our online Return Request Form.

  • Exchanges are available for sizing issues (pending inventory availability).

  • All sale items, limited drops, and promotional items are final sale—no returns or exchanges.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Order Issues & Damages

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@elohimapparel.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
